What advice would you give to someone in this position??

To the person barely holding on right now:

Please don’t make a permanent decision based on a temporary season of pain.
The storm in your mind is lying to you.
You matter more than you realize, and this chapter is not your ending.

Rest if you need to. Cry if you need to.
But don’t give up on yourself. 💜

Your words matter.
The way you treat people matters.

Life can be heavy, and none of us always have it figured out. But even on the hardest days, we still have a choice to lead with kindness, patience, and compassion. A gentle heart, a calm mind, and a thoughtful spirit can change more than we realize.

Positivity is not about pretending everything is perfect. It is about being real, protecting your peace, and still choosing to be good to others while you heal, grow, and keep going.

Be kind. Check on your people. Speak with love. Move with intention.
How you treat others is often a reflection of the healing and peace you carry within.

Five years ago, I couldn’t have imagined this version of my life.

Today, I’m happy. I’m content. I’m doing what I love, surrounded by people who truly matter to me. And if you had told me back then that this is where I’d be, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Life has a way of changing in ways we can’t predict.

So if you’re in a place right now where things feel heavy, where you can’t see a way forward or any light ahead, please hold on. None of us truly know what tomorrow brings. The same way life can feel overwhelming today, it can surprise you in the most beautiful ways down the line.

Five years can change everything.

Keep going. Keep showing up. Keep believing, even if it’s just a tiny bit.

Today I came across this quote, and it stopped me in my tracks:

“You grow into the woman your younger self would run to for protection.”

And I felt that.

Because there was a time in my life when I needed that kind of safety… that kind of strength… that kind of understanding and I didn’t always have it. Mental health wasn’t something I could easily talk about. Some days felt heavier than others, and I had to learn, slowly and sometimes painfully, how to carry myself through them.

But here’s the thing: those experiences didn’t break me, they shaped me.

They taught me empathy. They taught me how to listen, not just to others, but to myself. They taught me that healing isn’t linear, and that showing up, especially on the hard days, is something to be proud of.

And now, the person I’ve become… the work I do… it all comes from that place. From understanding what it feels like to struggle, and wanting to be the kind of person I once needed.

If you’re in a season where things feel heavy, please know this: you are not behind, you are not alone, and you are becoming someone your younger self would be so proud of. 💞

It’s natural to question where you are in life…

To wonder if you’ve taken a wrong turn,
or if something meant for you has somehow passed you by 🤍

But often, these thoughts come from a place of fear, not truth.

In reality, life doesn’t move in straight lines.
There are pauses, detours, and moments of uncertainty, all of which are part of the process of becoming.

What is meant for you will not miss you.

It may arrive in ways you didn’t expect,
or at a time you didn’t plan, but it will come.

For now, focus on where you are.
Ground yourself in the present.
Trust your own pace 💜

You are not behind.
You are unfolding. 🦋

Having a good heart will never be your weakness.The right people will value it… and the wrong ones will reveal themselve...

Anxiety can feel like it comes out of nowhere…
but there’s usually a pattern underneath it.

Your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours all connect and CBT helps you start noticing and breaking that cycle.

It’s not about thinking positively all the time.
It’s about pausing, questioning anxious thoughts, and responding a little differently.

Small shifts, repeated over time, can make a big difference 💞
