Beltane marks the beginning of summer. My beautiful Mom reminded me today to bring the summer in & protect our homes. She inspired me to go out in the rain & make my offering to hang on our door to ward off evil & invite abundance & blessings into our homes. Also she reminded me not to forget to wipe that morning dew on our faces as well - good luck for the year worth getting up at 6am tomorrow 😜💜

Any other tradition out there you do please let me know. It’s lovely to practice what our ancestors did naturally with the turning of the seasons 💜🙌🔥

Grief comes to everyone at different times in different ways it’s horrific a nightmare you just can’t wake from & the ripples keep vibrating long after the coffin close & the last person leaves.

Grief has torn us apart to our core lefts us bare & vulnerable. It catches you with out warning and leaves you paralysed in physical pain but it has also shown us strength. It has shown us how strong we can be and how lucky we are to have loved so deeply so completely.

To us Family is everything and I am so grateful every minute of every day to be part of a strong loving family and to know what love is even if it hurts so much.

Two years have passed since you left this world Aidy but I know your with us every day a little brother, a strong man, a great son, a loving husband , a leader, a friend, an style icon & iron man! Proud to call you my brother & miss you beyond words.

A special thank you to everyone who helped us over past 2 years we will pay your kindness forward.

Happy New Year to all my client’s & friends hope the year of the Horse brings the changes we all need.

Back in action today and I promise to get back to all the people who have contacted me over the break for appointments. Please note January availability is limited to cancellation slots only. Plenty of Feb & March slots still available. Book early to get the appointment you want.

Yesterday was my last day working from O***m Skin & Beauty Clinic. I just wanted to say Thank You so much to the O***m girls for making me feel like I was always one of the team Sarah, Olivia, Amanda, Tanya & Rose ❤️. The last 4 years would not have been possible with out the opportunity I got here to grow my business & client base. I have enjoyed every minute here & will miss the belly laughs so much my beautiful O***m Family who had my back gave me push when I needed that extra support always encouraged me & dried my tears on the hard days. I will be forever grateful to these amazing humans I call my friends.

To my wonderful clients & friends who with out I could not do what I do & love a massive thank you for the encouragement & support to follow my dreams & the reassurance that you will follow me out the road 🙏🏻🥰. I cannot wait to invite you to my new space.

To my amazing family who never ever stopped believing in me & helping me even when money was tight & spirts low because you believed I did too! But one person deserves all my thanks & love my amazing husband David who’s endless support, skill, knowledge & hard-work has created the space I will now work from the most amazing handy man to have around 😜. He is my rock my strength & my secret weapon he is what makes me, me & enables me to be there for you. ❤️

So in 2 days I will open my new space to my loyal clients & a new chapter begins. I cannot wait to show you around & welcome you to ANIM ĆARA Lodge in beautiful Kilclonfert 10/15mins outside Tullamore.

Just took my last booking for December 🎄 if you haven’t already booked a slot for Nov & Dec I am sorry but I have diary opened for Jan & Feb 2026 I would advise to book early to guarantee your slot. So EXCITED to share the first glimpse of my new work space a retreat for my clients & me 💜💜💜

While it’s still work in progress I intend to be in & working from here from the 1st of December.

My new space is 10mins drive from Tullamore town & parking outside door 😜

Beyond excited to have this opportunity & so grateful for support I have received in this new adventure.

Only down side is how much I am going to miss my O***m family 4 years here it will be so hard to say farewell 💜
