Sometimes we recommend the deep tissue massage before you get the lymphatic drainage massage. Why??

Not because one is better than the other one.

Tight muscles effect the whole body, including the lymphatic system as well. The lymphatic system could be slower those areas where the muscles are tight. But the lymphatic fluid flows better if we losses up the muscles first. Therefore the lymphatic drainage massage will be more effective these cases after the deep tissue massage. Just ask us if You have other questions.
