✨I am so exicited to share that I became a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator.✨
For nearly two decades, I've worked as a medical massage therapist, helping Your bodies release tension and find balance. But I've always known that some knots do deeper than the muscle tissue. I've found a new incredibly effective way to support Your well-being. I'seen firsthand how emotional weight gets stored in our physical frame. When we experience stress or trauma, our muscles "brace" for impact, often staying locked in a state of tension for years.
Did You know that chronic muscle tightness is often just the body's way to "holding its breath"?
While the massage works from outside to in, Breatwork works from inside out. By changing how we breathe, we signal the nervous system to let go, allowing the muscles to finally release what they've been carrying. It is a powerful, transformative way to heal.
