Focus on me is owned by Laura who has 20 years experience in general and accident and emergency nursing. She is a graduate of The Adelaide Hospital Dublin, Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, Trinity College Dublin, and The Institute of Health Sciences. Laura works in health promotion through personalised nutritional counselling. Following analysis of your diet, an individualised, focused nutritional plan is developed and using coaching techniques, Laura can help to motivate you to make your diet healthier. Nutritional coaching can support you in making long term personal diet and lifestyle changes which can benefit your health and wellbeing. Laura is available by appointment in the Charleville Centre, Tullamore.
