The HSE have issued excellent advice on how to stop the spread of covet19 Coronavirus. Healthy people will fight this illness more effectively so please keep up your healthy eating and follow the UniSlim plan. Classes are still open and will remain open for as long as possible to help you. Please message me if you have any concerns about coming to class.

It’s mid term and I’m enjoying the last day with a day at home from work. Brunch is an omelette with mushed fried tomatoes and Avocado on toast. Yum
