Dear Customers,

We intend to close this Friday (tomorrow) March 25th @ 5:30pm to facilitate staff and others who may wish to attend the ceremony in St. Stephen’s Church, Tyrrellspass at 6pm organised by Fr. Barry Condron.

Pope Francis has requested that all bishops of the world and parishes unite with him and his representative in Fatima to pray at this time for the consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

We apologise for any inconvenience this early closure may cause, in case of emergency please call Mark on 087 9911667 after 8pm.

* As noted in our parish bulletin of Sunday last:

A special collection for Ukraine will be taken up at all masses of the country on the weekend of March 25th 26th 27th. All donations received in the meantime will be forwarded to those who are most of need.

* The bishop of Meath, Bishop Tom Deenihan has informed us that he has received an important letter from the Papal Nuncio ( Ambassador of the Vatican State) requesting prayers in each Cathedral and Parish on Friday next, March 25th, at 6pm. The holy Father will preside in Rome. The Pope has requested that both Russia and Ukraine be consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and a ritual will be forwarded and followed on the evening. All the faithful and anyone who wishes will be most welcome to attend this ceremony in Tyrrellspass Church at 6pm on Friday 25th March, the solemnity of the Annunciation.
