In reflexology we believe the whole of the body is mapped out on the feet, the side of the foot represents the spine.

This picture shows an illustration of the human spine that l’ve placed along the side of the foot to show you what we see! We treat the left side of the spine on the left foot and the right side of the spine on the right foot.

For babies, children and adults it is an effective area for calming the parasympathetic nervous system.
