As the holiday season approaches and our office takes a break from the 22nd of December to the 1st of January (reopening on the 2nd), we want to remind you that your well-being matters.

Remember, it's absolutely okay to seek help and take care of yourself. The holidays can be challenging, and we want you to know that support is available.
