Hypnosis as a Healing Technique

Hypnosis / trance is an excellent technique for healing, as hypnotherapy creates an altered state of consciousness where one relaxed and focused.
We go in and out of trance numerous times every day, e.g. when we daydream, when we get lost in a movie or a book, or when we are driving and don’t recall passing such a place. We know we never get stuck in trance / the altered state of consciousness.

If you closed your eyes, relaxed and listened to somebody talking, that is all you feel when you are in a hypnotic trance. You will be able to think, talk and experience the usual brain’s chit-chat when hypnotised. In fact, the Hypnotherapist need you to work with him or her when applying healing techniques.

It is easy to work with our subconscious mind when we enter an altered state of consciousness, as our awareness changes to one of relaxation and focus, which lowers our mental defences, causing our thoughts to become deeper than normal, allowing us to concentrate intently on whatever issue is being treated.

I have used Combo Therapy Hypnotic Techniques to heal people for over 14 years. Hypnosis / trance is nothing to be afraid of, it’s just as I said an altered state of consciousness where you are relaxed and focused.

The most common issues that I treat with Combo Therapy Healing Techniques are anxiety, panic attacks, fears, over-thinking, over-analysing, over-worrying, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, sexual abuse, physical abuse, relationship issues, lack of confidence, and releasing pent-up emotions.
