My name is Ger Minihan and I set up the Well4 U program in Dec 2017. I have 16 yearsโ experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach. I am passionate about all aspects of health and fitness, and really believe that a balanced approach to diet and exercise is the key to maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle.
There are currently thousands of Health and Fitness programs to choose from; some promise quick fix approaches, some focus primarily on diet, some on behavior, some on exercise. Many of these programs are excellent, supported by robust science and providing measurable results.
