Itโ€™s here!! โ€˜How To Tell It and How To Sell Itโ€™ is going to be epic!! Itโ€™s a one day course for SMEs, where both owner-managers and/or social media staff can come along to really get under the skin of how to connect with your customers and get them to stop scrolling and pay attention to what you want them to know about your product or service and most importantly, add to your bottom line!

Thereโ€™ll be Insta School, and an abundance of tips and tricks on how to make your content really land and so much more! Myself and Aoife Dunne from The Social Editor will be in charge for the day. We promise you will leave with your brain jam-packed with new ideas on how to get money in the bank!

Welcome to Well4U! We delighted that you have chosen to start your new fitness journey with us, and we are excited to help you achieve a healthier life over the course of the next few months.

My name is Ger Minihan and I set up the Well4 U program in Dec 2017. I have 16 yearsโ€™ experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach. I am passionate about all aspects of health and fitness, and really believe that a balanced approach to diet and exercise is the key to maintaining a healthy and happy lifestyle.

There are currently thousands of Health and Fitness programs to choose from; some promise quick fix approaches, some focus primarily on diet, some on behavior, some on exercise. Many of these programs are excellent, supported by robust science and providing measurable results.
