Me and Stacey are nearly the same weight here 📸
Seeing these photos was a huge wake-up call. For context - I’m 6’1”, Stace is 5’7”. I should NOT only be 2-3kg heavier than her.
That’s when I decided to commit to building up my body, not breaking it down.
The hardest part of this journey isn’t the food. It’s seeing your body get a little more “fluffy.” And that’s why most people quit after 2-3 months. They don’t want to lose their abs.
Trust me, I was that person all my life.
But if you do it right, you will see some fantastic results, become a lot more confident in yourself, and minimise the rate of fat gain.
15kg later, I finally look like someone who knows what they’re talking about.
Your body is your business card as a coach. Sometimes you need to practice what you preach before you can truly help others.
From being embarrassed about my physique to leading by example. From breaking my body down to building it up properly.
The transformation wasn’t just physical - it was mental.
