I love sharing my skills with others by facilitating classes in the practices that have helped me the most. I'm an experienced yoga teacher and practitioner with nearly 1000 hours of training completed to date. I'm constantly upskilling and studying the immense world of yoga, movement and meditation. So if you have been to my classes before, chances are that my style of teaching has evolved since

then. I welcome you back to try what I'm offering now. I'm currently teaching one weekly class in what was North East Pilate, now called" Body First Clinic". My hope is for you to feel more connected with your body and mind as we explore the various different body systems to move in a more embodied and fluid way. The classes are restorative in nature and you will be invited into a state of deep relaxation through the practice of yoga nidra at the end of each class.

Thank you all so much for coming out and practicing yoga together, with our shared intention for peace 🕊️
It was an absolute honour to be a part of this event.
It was a joy to watch you all move your bodies, the beautiful setting on the beach in Bettystown.
The support from everyone was fantastic.
Let's keep gathering together in solidarity and continue to boycott and create awareness around what we can do to help.

108 Sun Salutations for Palestine 🇵🇸

🙌A call to ACTION

Joining a collective of Yoga practitioners throughout Ireland, in peaceful protest.🙏

We gather to move, re focus, and follow the call to take action in support of Palestinians.

108 rounds is a lot, so there are a bunch of wonderful yoga teachers all teaching a number of rounds. Take as many breaks as you need and come along even if you don't do Yoga and stand with us for Palestine .

After the practice we will be sharing & discussing practical steps we can continue to take.

108 is a sacred number in Yogic and spiritual philosophy. Sun salutations are a way to energize the body, clear the mind, and connect with a higher purpose, particularly during times of transition. So it’s a perfect practice to do when we are looking to bring about change. 108 represents wholeness, infinity, and the relationship between the sun, moon, and the earth. The practice can be infused with intention and purpose, like making a positive impact for peace in the world, especially in Palestine.

It was brought to my attention recently that I didn't have much here about my background or training. Here it is:
I've been sharing and facilitating yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques for 15 years, both privately and in school.
At this stage I've more than 1000hrs of training completed:
*200hr basic yoga teacher training with YTTC
*Yoga for pregnancy
*Radiant Child, kids kundalini yoga
*Mum and baby Yoga
*Yoni Shakti, Womb Yoga Therapy w Uma Dinsmore Tuli
*500 Advanced Living Yoga TT with Lisa Peterson + Faculty
*200 hr Somatics Exercise Coach Training w Lisa Peterson
*Art of Teaching Yoga with Donna Farhi
*Mindfulness Mentoring with Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and Faculty.
Currently training as a Women's Specialist Coach and becoming a breathing therapist with Oxygen Advantage.
I love learning, I'll always be a student as well as a teacher💖
I love facilitating groups of people helping them to feel better.

First workshop of 2025, March 8th
⭐️Returning to centre through the exploration of navel radiation⭐️
🌟Your centre, your tan tien, your deep navel centre, however you want to describe it. Is the place you were attached to your mother in the womb.
🌟 We will be moving from this place to discover and explore how that might be for you?

Hi Everyone, new classes starting next week.😍 Delighted to be offering an evening class this term.
I will be sharing a blend of Hannah Somatics, Embodied Yoga, mindfulness and yoga nidra.
All of these practices, are what I use in my daily life, to help me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I've been practicing for 16 years. I've 1000 hours of training completed at this stage, the learning never ends.💖

I tailor the classes to suit the needs of my students so we can grow together. It's better for you to sign up and commit to a course. I will get to know you and it's a more fulfilling experience when we learn in this way, through our shared inquiry.

24hour soaked Teff Scones. I'm making these almost every fortnight, in between orders to the happy tummy company. I've noticed a massive change in my gut health since I started eating their bread and using this recipe.😍😍😍

Highly recommend if you're on a gluten free or low gluten diet, or indeed suffering with IBS or inflammation, autoimmune disease. Your health deserves it!🙏🙏🙏

I eat them two ways, savoury and sweet, Yum yum!

Teach Bhríde thank you for being my home over the weekend🙏💕
Four days of silence and meditation with Marjo Ostenhoff. Check out her retreats on www.passadhi.com

Slowing down and taking time to eat mindfully, instead of shovelling in my food, barely tasting it 😋We practiced walking meditation in the gorgeous gardens and there was plenty of time for embodied movement, self reflection and journalling.

The practice was one of simplicity; being with oneself and allowing our thoughts to arise naturally, observing what is under the surface☺️.
The key thing for me was allowing whatever was arising to be there with a kindness, a sense of humour and some curiosity. In other words, befriending oneself instead of being a judge, juror and executioner.
It's been a while since I've been able to retreat like this. It used to be annual event before I became a parent. It wasn't easy in the beginning but if you can stick with it, practice even for 10 minutes a day, you will see a change in your awareness 🙏
Absolutely blessed I could go and hugely grateful for my own parents and family assisting with that.😇
