It is with great sadness to announce that John Gibbons of Drimarone, Letterbarra, Donegal P.O. passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday 28th June.

A father to Justine, Heidi and Jonathan.

Grandfather to Hannah, Ashley, Laura and Ellie.
Great Grandfather to Elliott.

Father in law to Peter, Carl and Deborah.

Adoptive Father to his little dog Rammy

Loving Husband to Colleen.

Meeting in a small restaurant in northern England where John was a waiter and Colleen out for dinner with her Donegal born father Charles McGowan and mother was the start of a 58 year marriage.
Both Colleen and John were avid artists, readers, full time parents, grandparents and great grandparents.
John was loved and will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Private Cremation has taken place.

Johns family wish to extend their thanks and appreciation to all their Donegal friends, nurses and doctors and the amazing community who have been so supportive since John and Colleen relocated home to Donegal some 20 years ago.

The death has taken place of Dietrich Bohnhorst, Drumlaghtafin, Inver, Co. Donegal and Germany, peacefully at home on the 6th of May 2025 in the loving care of his family.

At Rest

He will be missed and loved by his heartbroken family, his many fishing friends and many friends and neighbours.

Cremation has taken place.

The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Carers that looked after Dietrich during his illness.

The death Has occurred of John Govan, Ballymacahill, Frosses, Co Donegal, F94ED91 and formerly of Clondalkin Dublin.

Peacefully at home in the Loving care of his family.

Predeceased by his infant sons Joseph and William and his mother Theresa.

Dearly loved and Sadly missed by his wife Caroline,Loving dad to Emma and Sean. Will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends.

The death has occurred of Joseph (Joe) Craig, St Joseph's Avenue Donegal Town and formerly of Cranny, Inver, Co. Donegal, peacefully in the exceptional care at Aras Mhic Suibhne Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Annie and sisters Julia and Mary.

Will be forever loved and sadly missed by his loving wife Noelle, Daughters Joanne and Lisa, Sons in law Andrew and Johnny and 4 grandchildren Odhrán, Conor, Fionn and Anna,

The Death has occurred of John Carron, Selacis, Letterbarrow, Donegal P.O and formerly of Edenclaw, Ederney, Co. Fermanagh, peacefully at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his Father Jimmy, Mother Cassie, Sister Maggie and Brother Oliver. Sadly missed by his wife Mary B, step children, Danny (Deceased), Mary, Patsy, Brenda, Carmel, Anna and Mark, brother in law Fran, nieces Claire and Ciara, cousins, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family and friends.

Removal on Sunday morning to the Church of the Holy Redeemer, Drimarone for Requiem mass at 11 o clock with internment afterwards in Edenclaw Cemetery, Ederney, Co. Fermanagh, approximate arrival for 3 o clock.

The death has occurred of Alicia Curran nee Hogan of The Old Rectory, Killybegs, Co. Donegal, F94 N7Y3 and Cashel, Co. Tipperary, who died peacefully on Monday 23rd of December.

Beloved wife of the late Dr. Frank Curran, she will be sadly missed by her children Cathie, Chris, Louis, Karl, John and Hugh, her brother Frank, her grandchildren Annalivia, Clara Rose, Olivia, Coco, Lucy, Charlie, Lela, Amabel, Milo, Aoibhínn and Odhrán, daughters-in-law Jessica, Claudia, Breena and Susie, son-in-law Vincent, nephews and nieces, sisters-in-law Fran, Maura and Margaret, brothers-in-law Daniel, John and Neil, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Pre deceased by her mother, Evelyn, and father, Bernard. Sadly missed by her sisters, Margaret (Bullen), Nuala (Lowther), Edel (McNeely), and her brothers Brian and Thomas, brothers-in-law John (Bullen)and Bernard (McNeely), her cousin Maura (Tunney), nieces Samantha (Lowther and family) & Rhiannon (McNeely).
