I had to take a moment today before prepping & setting up for class.

A moment to admire the growth of The Studio over the last couple of months & it’s physical blooming being represented with this amazing mural.

A moment to admire my own teaching journey with its ups, downs, ebs & flows.

A moment to admire my own body in its effort to grow another little human.

Yoga has given me the joy of witnessing my life happen & has allowed me to be fully present. It’s the duality I wish to pass on & for others to experience and hold.
