July is almost upon us!!! Tomorrow - Summer and my birthday month is finally here!!! This is sentiment for the month !

"Be kind.
Be ridiculously,
Be radically,
Be endlessly kind.
Be a part of someone’s good day.
send nice thoughts,
send positive vibes,
send support and love and well wishes.
Be kind.
So often we wish for tomorrow to be a good day when we are at our lowest.
Some sort of sign that it gets better.
Be a part of that better day for someone.
The world does not magically decide that it will be softer on you today,
tomorrow,
the next day.
And sometimes it starts with a message from someone else,
maybe a little bit of inner strength to pull yourself up and take a shower,
maybe a bit of sunlight makes the day better.
But it’s these small things,
these soft things that make a day better.
So be kind.
Don’t ever think about being anything other than kind.
Be a part of someone’s good day because you don’t know how desperate they might be for it."

Love this …. 🌈

When a woman starts expressing her needs, emotions, or concerns, the wrong man or woman in the relationship calls it nagging.
The right person sees it as information—an invitation to understand her better. She’s not trying to overpower you. She’s trying to connect.
But if you’re so emotionally unavailable that you see her vulnerability as pressure, or her requests as attacks, then maybe the problem isn’t her volume… it’s your absence. She’s not too emotional.
She’s human. She’s trying. And when that person meets her with patience, presence, and empathy—she doesn't have to fight for connection. She just melts into it.

People are Strange.
They'll lose it over a lukewarm coffee,
a slow driver,
a delayed train.

But when it comes to the big stuff:
the years slipping by,
the dreams they let rot;
they barely flinch.
Maybe it's just easier to throw a fit over the small stuff,
vent it out where it's safe.

Because, what's the alternative?
Admit the train delay isn't the real problem? Realise you don't even want to be on that train, that you're headed in entirely the wrong direction?

Because that's the truth,
isn't it?
Half of us are so busy raging at the small stuff,
we never stop to see we're not even on the right track.

We are 1/2 way through 2025 and nearing the holiday season, probably day dreaming of holiday beach attire and travel essentials.
But what about in life?

We all have a bag.
We all pack differently.
Some of us are traveling light.
Some of us are secret hoarders who've never parted with a memory in our lives.
I think we are all called to figure out how to carry our bag to the best of our ability,
how to unpack it,
and how to face the mess.
I think part of growing up is learning how to sit down the floor with all your things and figuring out what to take with you and what to leave behind.
Only love makes the baggage light
