But first let me tell you more about the class and how it's a little unique. This class blends traditional Hatha yoga with modern movement principles to support a strong, adaptable, and resilient body and nervous system. It’s a thoughtful, slower-paced practice that prioritizes quality of movement, awareness, and sustainable strength—rather than rushing through shapes or pushing for extremes.
Over this 4-week series, we’ll explore practices designed to help you feel more connected, stable, and in tune with your body. Such as:
• Traditional Hatha yoga sequences, held and explored with intention
• Breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques to support focus, calm, and resilience
• Mobility drills to improve joint health, range of motion, and functional strength
• Dynamic sequences to stimulate lymphatic flow and support overall wellbeing
What you can expect in class:
• A slower, deliberate pace that allows time to feel what you’re doing and why
• Movements that build strength and range gradually, with joint health and longevity in mind
• Clear cues and thoughtful transitions
• Breath-led movement that helps you find more depth, control, and ease—both in stillness and in flow
• Space to tune into your body’s signals, learning when to soften, when to stay, and when to explore a little more
Each class offers options and modifications so you can meet the practice where you are. If something feels challenging, there will be supportive alternatives. If you’re feeling strong and curious, progressions will be offered so you can safely explore greater intensity or complexity.
No previous experience required, no expectations. Just you, your mat (and maybe a significant other, or maybe not!)
I run these sessions in 4 week blocks so discounts are available when booking a 4 week class pass online but even better than that - I am offering a very special Dual Pass for this class only - after all it is the month of love (if you're into it) but not all love is romantic! With this dual pass you and your chosen other (maybe a friend, a family member or a partner) can enjoy all 4 classes together for less. The normal class pass rate for 1 person is €50 but this Dual pass is just €75! And this class is open to all regardless of s*x, or creed. Even over 12's are welcome when accompanied - so you can even share this experience with your teens! So great for bonding but also exposes them to ways to self-regulate during stressful periods, keep physically active, and a regular yoga practice can even help support learning and sports performance.

For those who prefer to go solo or unable to commit to a 4 week run I also offer a drop-in pay-as-you-go option (at €15/ pp which can be paid in person on the night).
