We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in sending receipts and the difficulty reaching us by phone. A broad line outage in our area has temporarily affected both our phone service and some of our administrative systems.

Please rest assured that we are working closely with our service provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if you need anything urgently, you are welcome to email us, or contact other doctor 365 clinics , and we will do our best to assist you promptly.

Due to a Vodafone outage in the Williamstown Ardkeen area, our phone lines are currently down. If you are trying to contact us by phone, please be aware that the line is temporarily unavailable.

For phone consultations, please contact our Cavan clinic at 0818 000 365.

Walk-in service is still fully available and the clinic remains open.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Due to storm Èowyn we will not be opening until 15:00 tomorrow to keep our staff and customers safe as it is advised not to travel. Our opening hours today are not affected and we will be open until 7pm tonight.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but safety of staff and patients is priority.

Our doctor and the receptionist are working really hard to accommodate you over the phone and in person. Please note , that we will not take more patients once we are sure that patients awaiting for consultation are being looked after.
