👀 A Little Surprise Under the Big Toe! 👣

This client came in with a toenail that looked just a bit thick — but there was more going on underneath! Because the nail was pressing against the shoe, the skin below had become sore and started to break down.

We gave it some TLC: trimmed back the nail, cleaned the area, and added a sterile band to keep it protected. We’ll check it again in a week to make sure it’s healing nicely. 💪
