The benefits of heart-opening poses are many, and when the heart chakra is open, we can experience more love, joy, and compassion in our lives.

It's the time of year when we could be tempted to a pre-seasonal tipple on the sofa, yet you have chosen to join me on the mat.

After a weeks break, I don't know about you but my down-dog is looking a bit like this!!

Just a reminder that we are back this Tuesday 10th September at 7.15pm Studios and boy am I looking forward to arriving on the mat with all of you 🧘‍♀️❤

This week we will be perfecting our down-dog among other asanas, leaving us feeling like new born puppies 😊

This evening, and for the next three evenings, we will experience a super blue moon.
With that in mind, I have a wonderful class prepared to help us calm the mind (the moon is profoundly connected to the "manas" or mind).
Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow evening, where we will experience a slow and meditative class together 🙏❤️

All set in advance of our wonderful class this evening where our theme was Crown shakra (Sahasrara) balancing and alignment 🪷🪷🪷

I feel really grateful for the privilege of guiding all of the ladies through some beautiful asanas to assist us with connecting to our spirit, wisdom, and self-knowledge.
