I set this up as a few people who don't use Instagram were asking me did I have a page, so here it is! My name is Aoife, originally from Naas and now living in the beautiful coastal town of Tramore in County Waterford. I currently offer 1:1 healings in Reiki and Sound healing, both at a distance. I also offer events such as Cacao Ceremonies and Sound Baths both in person and online and I am recently offering 1:1 Cacao Ceremonies at a distance also (or in person if in the Tramore area). You can book in for a 1:1 distant healing or 1:1 Cacao Ceremony using the "book now" button on this page. I will post up any events I have upcoming also, a mixture of in person and online events which you can book in for when advertised. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask. 💫 Siúlóid le Gaeilge, Mí Márta 💫

Fáilte roimh gach duine, go háirithe daoine nua agus daoine nua leis an dteanga.

Everyone is welcome, especially new people and people that are new to the language. (No gatekeepers of the Irish language come here 😉)

Oireann na siúlóidí gach duine, níl aon leibhéal iontrála i gceist maidir leis an nGaeilge atá agat (nó nach bhfuil agat fós)! Labhraímid idir Gaeilge agus Béarla nuair atá sé oiriúnach, maidir leis na daoine atá ann - agus ar aon nós den chuid is mó, nílim ag insint bréige 😂

The walks suit everyone, there is no entry level in question with regards to what Irish you have (or don't have yet!) We speak a mixture of Irish and English when it is suitable for those in attendance - and we do anyway a lot of the time, not gonna lie to ya 😂

Téann a lán daoine ina aonar agus bualann siad daoine nua ar an siúlóid féin, ach is féidir libh teacht le cairde/do chlann chomh maith!

A lot of people come on their own and meet new people on the walk itself (and in Molly's afterwards for tea/coffee), but you can come with friends/family to of course!

✨ Seanfhocal an Lae ✨

Note: there is no word for "impossible" in the Irish language 😉 impossible translates to "an rud nach féidir" from English to Irish.

Anyone who has believed or thought for a second that it's "not possible" to pick up Irish and speak it with fluency, here's your sign 🫶

Quite interesting... of course the English language would have a word for it. Some of the people of that very country where the English language originates would go on to lead our ancestors to believe it "impossible" to restore the Irish language and keep it alive ~ if they managed to convince them all that is. Big fail there! Míle buíochas dár sinsear cróga 🔥 (many thanks to our brave ancestors)

Cúrsa nua ☺️🌻💚

Róisín and I are so excited to bring this five week programme to you all. This has been in the woodworks for months now and is finally coming to fruition. A creation of heart and soul that we hope will help many of you to restore and reclaim the Irish language for yourself and share it with others thereafter 🔥

✨ Seanfhocal an Lae ✨

Ceann fíorthábhachtach - a very important one! One that I was forced to learn as a result of ill health and one I cannot ignore now as a result.

With that said, I'm leaving it another day to put up a reel for my latest offering a few of you have messaged me about. Anyone else wiped today? 😂

It's the exact same as the one advertised back in June but now I have my girl Róisín with me for inner child activation meditations, crystal bracelets made specifically for each participant and the likes 😉

I thought I'd fit it all into one post... not a hope 😅

I get asked these questions so frequently that I thought it best to write it out here!

Sidenote: I also went to an English speaking secondary school. Destroy and uncreate the idea that you can't be a fantastic Irish speaker unless you attended a Gaelscoil. Also destroy and uncreate the idea that you cannot learn from scratch from this very moment on!

I have a five week offering starting on September 7th from 7.30-9.30pm online, one call per week with lots of other supports included, that's going up later today.

Six of the twelve spaces are gone due to a story post that went up last week ~ however I have received the guidance that it's to be 13 people joining us now and the thirteenth spot will be offered up complimentary.

More on this in my post later and how to avail of free spot - just thought I'd let ye know now in advance 😉

Nílim ag caint faoi rud ar bith go díreach ansin - cosúil leis An Ghaeilge, mar shampla 👀👀👀

I'm not talking about anything in particular here - like the Irish language, for example 👀🤣

Well, time to change that for anyone that sees these. Níos mó Ghaeilge ag teacht, geallaim daoibh (More coming, I promise ye) 😉

You'll notice there's a very different literal translation in some of these seanfhocail or old Irish sayings, which I just adore about the Irish language! There are a fair few seanfhocail about food too within the literal translations. A nod to the Famine, or just a "coincidence"? You decide!
