Been making the most of these glorious Dandelions by making some Honey/syrup.
For those who don't know, Dandelions have antioxidant properties & also helps improve the immune system.
Has vitamin A, C & iron.
Helps with digestion, boost the immune system, & even helps reduce inflammation in the body.
As a bitter digestive and liver tonic, it enhances appetite increasing the flow of digestive juices & aids absorption.
Has a sweet flavor that makes it yummy in your tea/coffee, on top of ice cream, porridge, pancakes & whatever else your heart desires π
Then you have the benefits of the leaves & roots as well which is a whole other topic & source of goodness.
