Ireland Lights Up will be back up & running in Ballygunner again starting January 8th .As usual all are welcome to come and walk around our community walking track from 7 - 8 with registration and warm up with Stephen Frampton Health and Fitness @ 6.45pm 🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️

All non perishable foods and unopened toiletries welcomed here in reception!

We are delighted to be taking part in the Ballygunner GAA/Healthy Clubs initiative Christmas Appeal by collecting donations for the Christmas Hamper Appeal for the Lions Club and Waterford Food Bank.
We will have a donation box in the surgery until November 30th and will welcome any non perishable goods that will help needy families this Christmas.

Our Menopause Matters Clinic has been running now for almost 4 years. It is such a rewarding part of our job to be able to support, educate and help women going through what is often a difficult period in their lives.
Both our doctors have over 40 years combined experience practicing as GPs with a special interest in Women's Health and both have undergone advanced training in Menopause with the Irish College of General Practitioners ICGP) and the British Menopause Association (BMA)

Walk In Flu Vaccine Clinic at the surgery today from 1.30pm til 4pm!
Influenza will start to circulate in the coming weeks and can lead to serious illness and hospitalisation in at risk patients. Getting the vaccine will reduce your risk of getting serious infection and will also reduce the spread of the virus in the community.
