Good evening,
There is something I wanted to talk about, and it is in relation to HOLDING SPACE.
It means being physically, mentally, and emotionally present for someone.
It means giving your attention to that person and listening and supporting them, even for a short while.
You would be right to expect this in a therapeutic and holistic setting like mine, and I genuinely try to give that every time I meet a client.
And of course, we all can hold space for anyone, anytime and in any situation.
And just sometimes, we are required to hold space for ourselves π»π».
When we do that, we give ourselves a safe space to check in, see where we are, and try and find balance again.
It's a space without any demands, and it's where we are who we are.
