**Community Gardening - Saturday Mornings**
Time: 10.30am

Interested in doing some gardening? Come and join us in the walled garden on Saturday mornings at 10.30am and pick up some gardening tips. Please wear suitable clothing.

Booking is essential.

Vegetarian lunch provided. Kindly book at the latest by 4pm on Friday so we can include you for lunch.

This fun, friendly, and supportive 8-week programme will help improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation, starting with gentle seated poses before progressing to floor-based yoga.

We cater especially for all disability groups, rehabilitation and self care of all ages with a gentle approach.
