Interested in Breastfeeding but not sure where to start? Then Bump2Baby is for you! Bump2Baby is a series of 3 classes that will guide you through nutrition during pregnancy and early motherhood. Good nutrition through the 1000 days from conception to 2 years of age makes a big difference in the health of your baby. Our qualified dietitian will provide you with all the information you need for this important time during pregnancy and beyond. At Bump2Baby we believe 'every breastfeed is a success' and class 2 will prepare you for everything you need to know to get breastfeeding off to a great start. Based in Waterford City Bump2Baby is run by dietitian Aoife Hearne, TV nutrition expert and Lactation Consultant Claire Bulfin.
