In this workshop, we will practice some *gentle postures to stretch the body and mind*, learning *breathing techniques* to open up the heart and lungs, along with the *meditation skills* to feel the inner peace by connecting the innermost feelings, emotions and self-supreme.
After that we will slowly move into Hatha yoga to start with fundamental principles of breath-movement coordination and mindfulness. Focus on physical postures, or asanas, to build strength and flexibility.
At the end of the practice, the Seven Tibetan Singing Bowls will be performed and we use the the sound to heal the mental body, and vibration to cut the blockages from the physical body, to make the fluids and blood flow to be equivalent, balance flow through the physical body smoothly without stagnant. Through the singing bowls sound healing, it penetrates both mental and the physical body which can help facilitate deep relaxation by producing harmonic sounds and vibrations that calm the nervous system, slow down brain waves, and promote a sense of inner peace, tranquil and mindfulness during Savasana.
