Running a small business is crazy because one minute you’re like
“LOOK AT ME BUILDING MY DREAM 😭✨”
…and the next minute you’re staring at your laptop wondering why I didnt stay in a job with a guaranteed paycheck.
It’s late nights, early mornings, and answering emails you swore you’d reply to “tomorrow.”
It’s celebrating your first sale like you won the Olympics 🥇and then panicking over expenses five minutes later.
Its, learning how to gel staff personalities, manage them,encourage them even when I didnt know how to manage myself 🤣.
Its all day, every day, even on sick days.
But it’s also growth.
Confidence you didn’t know you had.
Skills you learned out of pure survival.
Milestones that once felt impossible and are now just part of the journey.
This business has tested me, humbled me, and pushed me…
but it’s also shown me what I’m capable of.
Still standing. Still building. Still dreaming.
And honestly? I’m really proud of how far this little business (and I) have come. ❤️
