😌 Focus your mind on something else.

💯 Walk, run, hug a tree, swim, read, meditate, anything that switches your mind to focus on something that makes you feel good.

🙃 Once the mind sees that doing something else really makes you happier. It is self love in its most pure form.

😊 The mind, encouraged by heart and soul will choose this option every time.

🥰 And before you know it, you feel light and free.
