What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an ancient healing art which originated in China, Egypt, India and Native American, and was rediscovered about 100 years ago.

Like other ancient healing techniques, we have been able to rediscover the main benefits of Reflexology and use them to assist us in alleviating the stresses of the modern world.

How does Reflexology work?
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are minute reflexes and zones in the feet and hands which correspond to the glands, organs and all parts of the body. In reflexology the feet and hands become a map of the body and all its systems.
Reflexology is a physical act of applying pressure to, or movement over these reflexes and zones with specific thumb, finger or hand techniques. Treating a specific reflex or zone will affect that part of the body to which it relates.
What does Reflexology do?
