Reflexology is an alternative therapy involving application of pressure to the feet with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. Reflexology is based on the idea that all the organs of the body are mirrored in the feet and hands and by working on the reflex points the therapist can stimulate the body to begin healing itself and remain healthy.
