One of the best ways to stick with activity is to schedule it – just like you would a group night or work meeting.
Another great tip i got and follow weekly is called "habit stacking" which means attaching your new habit/ activity onto something you're already doing..so for example, my youngest son attends karate training at least twice a week, so I drop him off &go straight to the gym for a spin class 👊 i dont even think about it, its part of my routine now 💪
