A very long day at the national championshis ...knew it was going to be, so i made an omelette for breakfast, brought a packed lunch (I did end up nibbling on jelly beans when all the events got delayed by 2hrs so needed something to perk me up 🫣) it was worth it though... noah brought home 2 bronze medals, I minded/wore one most of the day to feel like a champ 🤣 tried to swap a 6yr old for his gold one but he was having none of it 🙄 i was so happy i had put a roast beef in the slow cooker first thing this morning so had a delicious dinner on return 🙏

London, you were amazing 🙌Here's some of the better food choices I made during our 4 day trip..
KFC rice bowl, Cheerios for breakfast in the hotel, steak on a stone at Steak &Company, fruit &ff yoghurt, pizza express- Legerra pizza (the one with the hole in the middle) fajitas in hard rock, chicken teriyaki rice bowl in the airport..(&the obligatory airport pint of course 🤪) but most importantly amazing memories made with my family & only gaining one pound was the cherry on top 🙏
