Omelette for breakfast🙌, half toastie for lunch, chicken &chorizo "pie" for dinner 5syns (the rest of the family had pastry... not worth the extra syns to me!) Enjoyed a 1syn yoghurt &mini meringue dessert, and a lovely little whiskey this evening all within my syns 👏 #

Omelette for breakfast, busy day in work so brought a packed lunch of ham salad sandwich &fruit to protect myself against the kids chicken nuggets &chips floating around! Made a slow cooked chicken &chorizo in a cheesy tomato sauce for dinner (1syn for Philadelphia lightest, 5syns for chorizo) served with rice &yesterdays leftover potatoes sliced &fried, snacked on fruit &yoghurt with mini meringue (half syn) 😋 even got some body magic by going for a walk when I really didnt want to but knew it would help my head 🤯 # # #

July 2025: “I really want to lose weight, but there’s no point in starting now - I’m going on holiday in 2 weeks”

August 2025: “I still want to lose weight, but I’ll just wait until the schools go back”

September 2025: “ Maybe it’s time to join, but I’ve got two nights out this month so I’ll wait until next month”

October 2025: “Right this month I’m going to start… but Halloween is coming up so I know there will be loads of sweets. I’ll get that out the way first. “

November 2025: “I’m feeling really low, I really really want to lose weight. But I better save my money for Christmas.”

December 2025: “There’s absolutely no point joining in December I’ve got far too many nights out.”

January 2026: “Slimming World will be mobbed just now with it being a brand new year. I’ll just wait until next month.”

February 2026: “I wished I’d joined 6 months ago. If I lost 1.5lb per week I would have been over 3 stones lighter by now. “

There’s never a “right” time to start. You will always have days out, nights out, meals out, holidays, weddings, Easter, Halloween, Christmas… the good news is life doesn’t have to stop. This isn’t a tight corset diet- it’s a lifestyle change! We can help you navigate through all these events!

Bacon sandwich for breakfast (half syn for relish), snacked on fruit&yoghurt in the office. Half toastie for lunch (oops took a bite before the pic was so hungry 😆) crispy chicken with new potatoes for dinner (3syns for panko breadcrumbs, 3syns for butter).. was tormented over wanting wine, so **behaviour change alert**🙌 got myself a little bottle for 6.5 syns 👊 (cos you can't be trusted with a big bottle when your tipping point is 1 glass 🤫😆) # #
