Reseeding pays when the basics are right:

1️⃣ Soil fertility – P & K are vital for roots and tillering.
2️⃣ Seedbed – keep it firm and fine, roll for good seed-to-soil contact.
3️⃣ W**d control – don’t skip the post-emergence spray; early weeds are cheaper to stop now than next year.
