Exfoliating!!

An exfoliant is used to smooth away dead skin cells that have accumulated on the surface of your skin. In order to maintain youthful, healthy looking skin that remains free from blemishes.

There are two main types of exfoliation: mechanical and chemical. Mechanical exfoliants scrub away dead skin cells using physical particles whereas Chemical exfoliants use either acids or enzymes to loosen the connections between dead skin cells.

Dr Janice is a fan of Enzymatic peel but at the moment Gillian is a big fan of Microderm Polish!

Chemical peels

Lots of questions asking why should I have a chemical peel and what will it do for me?

SkinPen
