I was born in Cobh, Co Cork and later moved to England where I worked in the Health Care industry for 20 years. Over these years I worked with terminally ill children, the elderly, patients with acquired brain injury and patients with challenging behaviour. I love working with the sick and the elderly. Helping and taking care of others has been a huge part of my life for many years. Despite my extensive training in the Health Care Industry, my interests have always been in complementary and holistic therapies. I feel it is my life purpose to not only help others but to help break down the barriers regarding alternative healing methods. In 2006 I started training as a spiritual healer and self awareness coach. In 2007 I was introduced to Usui Reiki of natural healing. After taking the first and second degree training, I undertook several initiations for healing myself and others. I then went onto complete the Reiki Master course allowing me to teach and attune others to the practice of Reiki. Since then I have been attuned to many other Reiki modalities Violet Flame Reiki, Seichim Reiki, Angels of light, Kundalini Reiki, Tibetian Soul Star, Colour of angels, Chikara-reiki-do, Isis Seichim, Shamballa , Karuna Ki as well as many others. I am interested in all things spiritual. I meditate, use crystals and communicate with my angels regularly. I am passionate about self empowerement and manifestation techniques and I use affirmations on a daily basis. I am also hugely interested in diet and nutrition; how natural foods can cure.
