This space was my baby for 4 years I nourished it I did my best and for a period of over a year we had recovery meetings during lockdown .

This space , you humbled me . I learned service , cleaning floors , looking after all aspects , I remember learning so many little things in business and with the computer that brought me so much joy .
I left London and this space you gave me refuge . You returned me to me . My family is proud .

We had Kirtan’s , ceremony’s , plays , get togethers . So much community yoga , all of you amazing teachers I cultivated personal relationships with . 🙏🙌

This space , I will miss you .

I will pack you and say a prayer for you that maybe the right next owner may use you in alignment with the love we put in .

A true hub of mind , breath and transformation in Waterford .

I must walk my own path now . It is clear .

Sometimes there comes a moment and for a lot of us this moment of intensity around the eclipse period has highlighted alot .

Changing our ways , letting go of the reigns a little yet still having courage to make your vision work.

We are on a little pause in the studio as we juggle and change the way we operate .

Please bare with us as we put together classes for you .

Teachers can now rent the studio for their own class and offerings . Manage your own students with a personal approach and we do hope you will enjoy what’s in store next .

We envision being open alot more for retreat days , workshops and soon for events .
