Our chat this week will be about how cognitive function can be affected as we age especially in Menopause. A drop in option is available for class each week so sign up to join in!!
These classes are designed for women aged 35 and over but every woman will benefit from them. It is for all body types and levels of experience including absolute beginners. We use weights and resistance bands in some of our poses to help our muscles. We do exercises that help our brains.
We want to maintain our bodies, foster better health as we age and nurture our mental well being.
Half yoga class, half women's circle, these sessions offer a safe supportive space and a sense of community & understanding.
