Yoga is for EVERYBODY! No matter what size you are, what age you are, how active you are. The beauty and power of yoga is that its all about you, about how you show up on the mat! My goal is to help everyone who shows up to one of my classes or for a private session to feel they can participate fully in the session and enjoy all of the great benefits of yoga, the increased flexibility and mobility

, better mental health, improved focus, spinal health, so many more things! There is a place for you on a mat in my class! I do not look like the mythical stereotypical yoga girl! And yet on a good day I can do the splits. But there are also plenty of yoga poses I cant do that I want to work towards and enjoy the progression and the challenge. I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and it has been one of the greatest things I've done for my physical and mental health. As someone who struggled with anxiety and depression the mental health benefits of yoga are very close to my heart. I'm eager to share my love of yoga with anyone who will stand still and listen for any length of time! I also love going to the gym and lifting heavier and heavier weights. I was lucky to coach the Waterford City Viqueens Roller Derby team and to have the opportunity to announce for bouts and tournaments. And many years ago I got my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology which I think is part of why I love the mindfulness and meditation side of yoga. I'm 40 with one son, two dogs and I love dyeing my hair bright colours :)

These classes are designed for women aged 35 and over but every woman will benefit from them. It is for all body types and levels of experience including absolute beginners. We use weights and resistance bands in some of our poses to help our muscles. We do exercises that help our brains.

Our next set of Yoga for Mid-life and Menopause classes starts Sunday 8th June. This is the last set of classes before I take a summer break so it won't happen again until mid September! Sign up for your spot now!!

Do you know how much estrogen and progesterone do for our body? It's not just our reproductive system, they play a role in all the systems of our body, our brain, our muscles, our heart. This is why the declining levels as we age affect us in so many ways. Brain fog. Anxiety. Tiredness. Aches and pains. Sound familiar?

Join this 6 week series of classes designed with women aged 35 and over in mind to help us navigate this stage of life. We work at maintaining our bodies, fostering better health as we age and nurturing our mental well being. It's a fun class with some time to talk about our experiences, move our bodies and find some relaxation!

Something new and a bit different for May! Pick n Mix Mondays. Our online class is moving to Monday at 8.30pm. And every week will be something different! Yin yoga, restorative yoga, hatha yoga, using our weights. We will do some short flows. So if you wanted to try out different styles of yoga this will be perfect for you! Each class will end with a restful savasana to relax you right before bedtime 😊
These classes will be pay as you go rather than signing up for the entire set. Just let me know that you are interested and you will be sent the invite each week and you can come along to the classes you choose. Every class will be suitable for all levels including brand new beginners

Last week of our Yoga by Candlelight classes 🕯️🕯️Six weeks have flown! This has been such an enjoyable set of classes to honor our bodies and allow ourselves to be slow and relaxed! Who is coming along for our final session?
Light your candles, grab your cushions and send me a message 🥰

Come join in! Drop-in options are available every week to suit your schedule. You can attend the life class or request the recording to do in your own time. Drop-in classes are only 12 euro.

This class is all about slow easeful movement and rest. We will soften for several minutes in yin and restorative poses and move slowly as we transition to the next pose. Comfort and support are key! Cushions and blankets to support the body and allow us to sink into the pose and be still.
