🌞 Stay Cool, Stay Safe – Beat the Heat This Summer

Hot weather can pose serious risks, especially for older adults, children, and those with health conditions. But with a few simple steps, you can stay comfortable and protected:

✅ Drink plenty of water – even if you don’t feel thirsty
✅ Stay out of the sun during peak hours (11am–3pm)
✅ Keep your home cool by closing curtains and using fans
✅ Wear loose, light clothing and apply sunscreen regularly
✅ Check in on older relatives, neighbours, or those living alone
