I absolutely love that neuroscience is now backing up manifestation 100%.

I started Smovey Health and Helping People with Parkinson's through manifestation. At the time I was in a very dark place, drinking Wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too much and looking for something to get me out of the hotel industry, but I didn’t know what.

Me asking led me straight to Smovey,
and the journey over the last 10 years has been remarkable. Of course, there have been some tough times, especially with both parents passing, losing family and friends for standing for my beliefs, but overall, manifestation has allowed me to create a career where I can help so many people, live and work anywhere in the world ( with WiFi) , and truly live life on my terms. Without a doubt, I believe in manifesting and it’s fantastic to now see the neuroscience behind it.

I’ve been doing a lot of reviewing and reflecting here in Switzerland, especially
as September marks my 10-year anniversary with Smovey.

It’s been a deeply nostalgic and emotional time, looking back over this last decade , which included some of the best years of my life… and definitely some of the hardest.

As I reflect, I can clearly see how manifestation has played such a powerful role in the best parts of my journey.
It’s led me to people, places, and opportunities I could never have imagined. So I’ve been going back over my old manifestation methods, fine-tuning them, and I’m already seeing beautiful new results, which I’ll be sharing with you very soon.

But for now, I just want to share this short clip from The Secret because this is where it all started for me.
My manifestation journey began over 12 years ago when someone gave me the DVD of The Secret during a really difficult time in my life.
And from that seed, Smovey Health was born.

While The Secret doesn’t place enough emphasis on taking aligned action (which we know is essential), it is still an amazing place to start. It opens your heart and mind to possibility, and sometimes that’s all you need to begin a new chapter.

So here it is , enjoy it, reflect on it, and see what it stirs in you.

Feeling a wave of nostalgia and so much gratitude today.

I worked in this hotel in Interlaken 30 years ago as a hotel management trainee… and now, all these years later, I’m back , this time as a customer. It’s been such a beautiful, surreal experience walking through the same doors but in a completely different chapter of my life.

Every morning , I do a live Smovey session with my clients, and this morning I did it right here in the hotel after breakfast , which gave me such a nostalgic& proud feeling with my old and my current world colliding in the best way.

It was also so lovely to chat with some of the staff who are still here after 30 years, it’s like time stood still. This hotel and Interlacken holds a special kind of magic. I won’t leave it so long before I return again.
