How can you help prevent obesity?

Try to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity daily for children and 150 minutes per week for adults. Promoting physical activity at home, in schools, workplaces, and in communities can also help everyone be active.

Sobriety, addiction, and stress are difficult bed mates. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. Mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression.
