All-Night Gong Puja Ceremony
A Sacred Journey Through Sound

Join us for a profound night of transformation and deep rest as we immerse in the sacred practice of Gong Puja. This all-night sound healing ceremony offers a unique opportunity to bathe in continuous gong vibrations for 7.5 hours, guiding the body and mind into deep states of relaxation, release, and renewal.

Date: Saturday 20th September
Time: 10:00pm - 7am
Location: The Sidhe Space Westport F28 AD77
Facilitator(s): Melanie Walsh ‘Gong Medicine’ Certified Gong Practitioner and Teacher

What to Expect:
• A short intention-setting ceremony to open the night
• 7.5 hours of continuous gong sound – equivalent to 10 deep meditations
• Comfortable space to lie down and rest throughout the night
• Light morning refreshments and closing integration circle

What to Bring:
Yoga mat, sleeping bag or blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else to make your rest space cozy.
