Solid advice I would think. I see all manner of stuff spilling across my time line these days, so many promises, claims and quick fix ideas for you and your weight loss plans. But maybe just maybe, your not about weight loss and more to the point you shouldn't be about weight loss only. I would say if your planning on starting a health & fitness journey do some research consider the options don't just run out in to the first 30 day weight loss program that will most likely end up with you starving and training like a pro athlete to the end of muscle tissue loss and small fat loss. This will have thought you nothing about a balanced diet or how to train with any particular purpose πŸ€”..I would suggest a structured approach talk to your trainer and discuss your goals, and from there a plan to suit you can be planned based on the time you have, money and of course what interests you..just think before you jump in to a dumb ass false promise money making load of bullsh*t...after all the years I have spent in this industry I can say without a doubt good quality diet, well planned strength program and cardio to balance out our little mishaps on diet, will in the fullness of time deliver the full package weight loss, tone fitness and general health and well being..the hardest ingredient for this is patience, but we must learn!!

Happy Christmas and all the best in 2017 to all my clients past and present. It has been a great year in the studio with weight training and strength training been very consistent with everyone involved breaking PBs and setting new goals. Therapy wise a slow steady increase in business what I would expect, I have helped many clients with many different things, and only succeeded because of their patience and believe in me, and for that thank you😌..I have many plans for the New Year which will interest many, my appointment book is almost full once again, I can only hope This is because of my fact and science based approach to all my work..Lisa Brown is doing PT during the day in the studio a top class trainer and an all Ireland champion boxer and all round great girl, so look her up if I don't suit ya time or style wise. Athletes I have worked have achieved amazing things and one new one in particular I will be watching very closely as I do believe she will smash before and behind her in the coming season (you know who you areπŸ˜‰πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻). I have had the pleasure of working with great and amazing people over the years and for that I am grateful indeed. So from the very bottom of my heart THANK YOU for your support, loyalty and believe in my product..I look forward to meeting you all again in 2017 and look forward to meeting some new people also.
