Using Nutritics diet analysis an accurate insight to your daily food consumption and vitamin and mineral levels are attained. The initial phase is a 10 week programme in which the individuals learn about different food groups and how they effect the body. By choosing foods which keep blood sugar levels stable weight loss is inevitable. Weekly weigh ins and phone support keep you motivated. Current success rate is 85-90%. An individual who is 5ft 5 and weights 12 stone could expect to loose a minimum of 14lbs/1 stone within the 10 week period. Weight loss success is all down to the individuals determination to loose weight. Along with the food mentoring system an exercise programme is prescribed for each individual based on individual abilities. Consultations via Zoom are also available.

Not all chocolate milk is created equal… and it might surprise you where it actually works best 👇

Post-workout.

The combination of carbs + protein makes chocolate milk a solid recovery option after training. It helps replenish glycogen and supports muscle repair.

Quick energy boost.
High in sugars, it gives a fast hit of energy useful after exercise, not so much sitting at your desk.

But here’s the catch
Most flavoured milks are packed with added sugars. Great in the right moment… not ideal as an everyday drink.

Smart approach
Use it with purpose:
✔️ After a tough session
✔️ When you need quick recovery
❌ Not as a daily “healthy” drink

Bottom line: Chocolate milk isn’t bad , it’s just context dependent.

Full Fat v Low Fat Greek Style Yogurt?

It is easy to assume “low fat” is always the healthier choice, but when you compare the labels it’s not always that clear or simple.

Full Fat Greek Style Yogurt (per 100g):
• 137 kcal
• 9.5g fat
• 7.7g carbs
• 5.1g protein

Low Fat Greek Style Yogurt (per 100g):
• 70 kcal
• 2.5g fat
• 7.1g carbs
• 4.7g protein

The low fat version has almost half the calories and much less saturated fat, making it a good option if you are trying to reduce calorie intake or manage weight.

However, the full fat version can be more satisfying and filling for some people, which may help reduce snacking later in the day.

For people with type 2 diabetes or trying to lose weight, the low fat option is usually the better everyday choice. If you struggle with hunger or want a creamier yogurt for a meal, the full fat version can still fit into a balanced diet.

The best choice is the one that suits your goals 💪🏻

Ever notice how “healthy products ” and labels can be a bit misleading?

Take these two similar products:
One says “No Added Sugar”
The other says “Fat Free”

Sounds like both are great choices, right? Not always.

No Added Sugar doesn’t mean sugar-free. It can still contain natural sugars, and sometimes quite a lot.

Fat Free often means something else is added for taste… usually sugar. So while the fat is gone, the sugar content can be surprisingly high.

Don’t just trust the front of the label, flip it over and check the total sugar per 100g.

Because when it comes to your health (and blood sugar levels), what’s hidden matters more than what’s advertised.
