🥛 Chocolate Milk: Treat or Training Tool?

High in sugars, it gives a fast hit of energy useful after exercise, not so much sitting at your desk.
But here’s the catch
Most flavoured milks are packed with added sugars. Great in the right moment… not ideal as an everyday drink.
