Perimenopause is one of the most significant metabolic transitions a woman will experience, yet most advice still focuses on isolated symptoms rather than understanding the whole system.
In my clinic, after more than 14 years working with women in midlife, I see the same turning point again and again.

When we look deeper, three systems are always involved:
