🌻Ladies! 🌻

This Gorgeous 5 day Retreat in Westport is such a delight for the senses!

🔥Its for the woman who wants to tune in to her inner musings and reclaim that spark as she navigates changing hormones and a busy schedule with a group of like minded women in a safe and nurturing space.

🌟I'll be hosting the naturopathic workshops to dive a bit deeper into what's going on during this phase of life, discussing the various systems at play, functional testing and our invaluable herbal allies for this time.

🔷️Also helping to curate the delicious menu tailored to peri-menopause and we have some lovely guests holding yoga,
a magical sound bath
Meditations and various therapies are available during your stay.

🔥There is a beautiful theme of the elements of Air, Fire, Earth and Water running through these 5 days and plenty of time to take time out and process in whatever way feels right for you.

Popped into Maria today to see her new premises!

Which so happens to be the old location of my dearest ☺Godfather Padraig Kennedys' fish shop for many years when I was a child and I'm told he was the 1st customer in the door on the opening day! *Covey living legend 🙌

It's a beautiful space filled with lovely lotions and soaps where Maria uses local sourced Tallow in her products. A deeply nourishing carrier to the herbs that are infused into the oils.
