The first thing to be aware of if you are still integrating after a healing experience, putting yourself back together, recovering who you are, is that it is perfectly normal to be seeing your world, yourself, all your situations, as different to how you previously were seeing, perceiving, or experiencing them.

Healing brings change, and change means new energy, new situations, new dynamics will appear in your life. This need not happen quickly or in a way that is bigger than you are comfortable with, but sometimes, that can be the path. So, allowing yourself integration time after a healing, allowing everything inside you to settle, to reform, to infuse your future steps, allows you to operate in a more grounded way as a human being.

There is a Mother somewhere, whose grown child lives on the other side of the world, she holds them in her heart because of the distance between their arms.

There is a Mother somewhere, whose baby won’t stop crying, they want to be held, fed to sleep, they need her so much and all she wants is a moment alone.

There is a Mother somewhere who has a child that may never say the word, ‘mama’, she’s faced more challenges than imaginable, and dreams of that sound often.

There is a Mother somewhere who has heard the word, “mummy” on repeat, she’s touched out, it’s all so loud, and she’s desperate for a moment of silence.

There is a Mother somewhere awake, tip toeing out the door of the nursery, her tears not long dried, she dreams of sleep, she adores her baby and still thinks back to those carefree days sometimes.

There is a Mother somewhere awake, who hears tip toeing down the hallway because her teenager got in late, she loves watching them grow, but she thinks back to the days they were little and climbing into her bed for cuddles.

There is a Mother somewhere, her house is full of noise and mess, lived in and loved.

There is a Mother somewhere, her house is clean and silent, and memories hang on the walls.

There is a Mother somewhere telling her children about when they were little.

There is a Mother somewhere asking her own mother, what was it like?

Its heart achingly beautiful, and sometimes, a beautiful heart ache.

If she tells you this is incredible, the best thing she’s ever done, believe her.

If she tells you this is hard, the hardest thing she’s ever done, believe her.

Higher energies are coming in faster than ever before. Some of you will already be experiencing that in your life. High energy can look like many different things, but it really belongs and pertains to fast healing. So, going through very big shifts, things that perhaps previously would have taken you years, months, weeks, can now be happening in a very intense and quick way - in a day. And when I say intense, I think we're very conditioned to think that that means there's a certain level of suffering or pain involved, and actually the opposite is true when you look at this high energy acceleration.


Many of you will be marveling at how quickly you can change old beliefs; notice that you're no longer running emotional patterns in your life that you used to. But it is very fast and there is a greater purpose to it. It's not just about healing in the moment, it's actually about who we are becoming for the future and stepping into more of our soul power and who we came here to be. But it can be very human, it can look very human, and so don't be disheartened if you're having some of those days or waves where you're thinking, "Wow, this has really walloped me." That's par for the course. But this is where paying attention to how you are balancing yourself, looking after yourself, and acknowledging the fact that the energy is moving fast, is important.
