Honesty time
Apologises for not posting as some major issues been going down….. I have though kept up with my weigh ins so that I can show you when I get a minute/ things start looking up
As you can see I have been steadily dropping lbs since 23/02 (my initial weigh in before starting back on plan) and reached my 1st marker at 3rd week weigh in since being on plan…. Yes the dates are slightly off the week by week marker by a day or two but I have kept them as close to a week weigh in as i possibly could…. This week I have put on a lb but that’s not due to over eating/ cheating on plan that due to Mother Nature…. I have stuck to having my 4 sachets a day mixing them up slightly so a typical day for me is either: smoothie for breakfast, shake for break/early lunch, either a shake or savoury meal for late lunch/ early afternoon then for dinner I would have a savoury meal followed by my 2.3ltrs a water per day (that would be my minimum amount of water that I would drink to be honest)
