ONLINE PILATES CLASSES

STARTS Monday MORNING 14th at 6am live for 30mins.
I will record aswell and they will be saved for up to 7 days to watch.
Monday 6am Pilates upper body
Wednesday 6am Core
Friday 6am Glutes and Legs
Added extra during the week pre recorded Yoga
For 4 weeks 48 euro

These will start 14th July Monday at 6am
Classes will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am and an added extra of a pre recorded Yoga class.
30mins per class
