World Restart a Heart Day is tomorrow 16th October so our Responders are out and about raising awareness. From 2-3pm we will be at Kilmore and Rathangan National Schools , then Friday at Mayglass N.S. 1:30-3pm. Please come and say hello, learn about CPR skills, knowing your Eircode, find out about volunteering with us or getting CPR training for a group in the local area. We would love to see you there. MACFIT and Pilates and Massage with Nikki will be at the street festival next week Sunday 7th. This always proves to be a great day especially for the kids. Lots to do and lots to see. So if you have an hour or two come visit our village and see all the work that's gone on by the many volunteers to make this event happen.
