Christmas time is here, and it's a joy to spend such precious moments together.
I'm mindful that this season can be difficult for many, while also being incredibly special for others.
Let's remember to hold space for those coping with loss, financial hardship, or loneliness during this time of year.

I was pleasantly surprised this morning — instead of diving straight into meetings at Wexford R**e Crisis, our wonderful colleague Bernadette created a beautiful healing meditation space for us all. It was pure bliss — a chance to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and align with the elements of the universe: water, earth, air, and fire via breath & creativity ❤️
Today, I asked to receive… and the universe answered.
