I had the pleasure of attending the opera this evening with my wonderful WXRC colleagues. What a beautiful experience! It reminded me how important it is to step outside our routines and embrace new things — new sights, sounds, and moments that awaken the senses. Experiences like these aren’t just entertainment; they’re an investment in our wellbeing and personal growth.
It’s so easy to slip into the comfort of familiarity, letting the weight of daily responsibilities dull our sense of wonder. But life has so much richness to offer when we stay open to it.
So take time to feed your mind, nourish your soul, and seek out moments that make you feel alive. You deserve it. 🌿✨🙏🏻

There's a natural rhythm for everything that happens along the way. There's a natural rhythm and order for all we're to do. Yes, there are times to begin. Yes, there are times to put one foot in front of the other and go forward. But the joy, the service, the way of life we're seeking doesn't come from force. It comes naturally, easily, much more easily than you think. Stop pushing so hard, and see how quickly that rhythm finds you.

BECOMING
Every once in a while, you get a glimpse of the person you could be. The type of person you visualize yourself as. The type of life you strive to have. Hold onto that. Work for it.
Take the steps needed to become it. Make an effort every day to bridge the gap between your current self and your ideal self.
And hold past versions of yourself with compassion, and honour her 💛
