Anam na gCroí BodyTalk is a simple and effective holistic therapy that allows your body's energy systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended.

It can address a wide array of problems, from general wellbeing to injuries to improved immunity. After leaving nursing training in my native Germany upon the arrival of our first daughter we moved to Ireland I dedicated the last 20 years mainly to my family of now 4 children. After my youngest son suffered from a massive brain injury when he was 18 months we started looking for ways to help him recover as fully as possible. On our search we came across the Family Hope Center and due to their recommendation of Bodytalk. From there on I brought Lochlann to sessions once a month and the improvements to his quality of life were unbelievable. I was so fascinated that I decided I had to learn this too and certified as a practitioner in 2016. After initially only using BodyTalk to benefit my family and friends, I really enjoyed doing more advanced modules and eventually set up a clinic at home. In addition to that I also offer distant sessions which some people prefer as they don't have to travel, especially at the moment. Bodytalk courses taken to date:
