Your day starts at 9:45 with registration and a warm welcome and chat followed by:

Sacred Ceremony and Despacho Creation and Offering - This a powerful Mandala. A Sacred Mosaic that honours all life and yourself. This helps to shift your energy and stuck patterns , encourage you to release and let go of all that no longer serves you. This is traditionally an Andean Ceremony of gratitude, honouring nature, the elements and other living energies to bring about transformation and balance.
Lunch - A light and nutritious vegetarian lunch made with Love - A little relaxation
Sacred Ceremony - Visioning your new reality into existence ance through the creative power of your dreams and thoughts. Creating your own beautiful personal Despachio in a Ceremony of Gratitude. A physical manifestation of your intentions, prayers and offerings to bring about healing, change, and harmony.

Sound Journey - A gentle, yet powerful, deeply immersive, meditative, full - body listening experience where you are bathed in sound waves by various instruments including the drum, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, the gong, chimes and more. These sounds and frequencies will take you on a deep Soul-full inner journey. A truly amazing experience in our comfortable and luxurious Sound Sanctuary . The perfect way to end this special day.

Our 1 day retreat is small and unique - only 5 in a group
Bookings for a private group of 5 available - can also be held mid week if desired
Cost: 125 euro per person
Food intolerances can be catered for as long as we know in good time
Additional retreat dates can be added should the need arise
25 euro deposit on booking
The deposit is non refundable, however if you let us know 2 weeks in advance that you are unable to attend, we will transfer your deposit to another event date

Slippers - indoors is a shoe - free zone
Rain jacket, something warm and outdoor footwear
Comfortable clothing for relaxation and gentle movement
