✨Neuro Reflexology Trauma Therapy For Emotional Reset ✨
Unless cleared with intention, past traumas stay with us in our mind and body, influencing everything we think, feel or do.
Neuro Reflexology for trauma therapy/emotional repression is currently one of the top services requested in my practice. This is not surprising to me as so many of us carry emotional wounds that need to be cleared before we can have true mind/body wellness.
Did you know? Trauma is not necessarily a response to a single, catastrophic experience, although of course it can be. Other types of trauma/emotional wounding that are not so obvious at first but have the same effect on the mind & body can be:
